I was touched by "Monday Blues" - until I spotted this "Green Beauty " ! Suddenly the day seems brighter, although the sky still looks rather cloudy and moody .......! Anyway, I felt lucky that upon spotting this flying beauty resting on my Mirabilis Jalapa ( 4 O'clock Flower), I was able to get my camera real quick and managed to take two shots before it flew away. This little one sure can soar - it moved swiftly in a zig-zag flight, it did keep coming back, (something like - 'Hey no offense, but I hate my pictures taken) circling the expanse of my mini garden. I never get a second chance of using my camera....! Later I did spot it stopping to sip nectar from the other flowering plants .... but there was no way I can get good shots of it...

oh this beauty is really active! Thanks for these two good shots. It's rare to see this one in my garden.
Hi Stephanie ...
Have a good week ahead - !
That is one beautiful butterfly that I have yet to come across in my garden.
I'm so happy that you know Ajahn Cagino. Did you attend his talk? We organised one last Sunday.
Hello One, Some of his photos were in The Star and I was really impressed. It was just beautiful watching his photography in video and the music background was great too.... ! Does he come north, would you know? You are so lucky to be able to meet him and listen to his talks !
Gode billeder.
Hvor er den smuk.
Hello Landbohaven - Thank you.
You have a very beautiful garden! Do you only garden in containers? I garden only in containers. It has been challenging but very rewarding.

Hello Evelyn,
Thank you ! My garden space is small so I compromise between some potted plants and some planted on ground. One day I want to explore hanging pots as well as vertical gardening when I run out of space .. haha !
Yes I agree that gardening is challenging as well as rewarding indeed ! I love seeing birds, butterflies and dragonflies in my garden. And if one night I should see fireflies ... my dream would have come true !
Have a beautiful day ..... !
