This is one of my favorite plants. It smells so nice. I placed it outside, facing the kitchen window. The fragrance of the flower drifts into the kitchen. As I do my work, the fragrance makes me feel good. Being a climber it needs support. When I bought it, it was a small plant...how much it has grown over the months. I allowed the vines to twine round some sticks that I insert into the soil.
Taking care of this plant is easy. All it needs is water and now and then some fertilizer. It is pest free.....and the leaves are so green and lush. If you are looking for fruits, this plant has not bear any fruits although I read in literature that the fruit is yellow and small. Propagating this plant is easy, snipe off a small length of vine and bury it under some earth. After some time, roots will form.
I have tried with two cuttings and they are both doing rather well. One has even start to bloom, and this is only after 4 months!
